How soon can you install in Waterloo?

Is permanent lighting allowed on townhomes in Waterloo?

Often it is, but many townhome complexes have condo rules about exterior changes, so check with your board first. Because the track is colour-matched, mounted in the soffit and installed without roof penetration, it is usually easier to approve than people expect.

Will it damage my roof or gutters?

No. Track fastens into the soffit or fascia channel with specialised clips — nothing penetrates your shingles and nothing is fixed to the gutter face in a way that damages it.
