Why homeowners pick seasonal
Commercial-grade C9, not big-box strings
Heavy LED C9 bulbs on commercial wire, cut and built to your rooflines. They hold colour, survive the wind, and won't leave you with a dead third of a run in December.
Install, service, takedown, storage
One price covers the whole cycle. We hang it in the fall, come back if anything fails mid-season, then remove and store everything in January.
Custom-fit to your roofline
Runs are measured and built for your house rather than stretched from a fixed-length box, so lines are straight, spacing is even and there's no sagging or doubling back.
In-season service included

Send the form or call. The earliest bookings get the season's best pricing and first pick of install dates — the fall calendar fills fast.
We measure and design
We walk the property, measure every run, and plan the layout — rooflines, peaks, columns, trees and walkways — then give you a firm per-season price.
Installation in the fall
Crews install in October and November so you're lit for the season. Everything is custom-cut and clipped, with timers set to whatever schedule you want.
Takedown and storage in January
We come back, take everything down cleanly, and — on the rental plan — store it until next season. Rebooking is a phone call.

You buy the C9 sets outright as a one-time cost, custom-built to your rooflines. After that you pay only for install and takedown each year. Over enough seasons it works out cheaper, and the lights are yours if you move.

Pricing
What seasonal lighting costs
Seasonal is priced per season and quoted per property — there's no useful one-size figure, because a single-storey bungalow frontage and a two-storey with four gables are very different jobs.
You get a firm, itemized per-season price after we've measured. Book before the deadline and that price is locked in before the fall rush.
What moves the price
- Total linear feet of roofline being lit
- Number of storeys and peaks — access drives labour more than anything
- Front elevation only, or the full perimeter
- Extras like columns, trees, garland, wreaths and walkway stakes
- Rental or buy — rental spreads the cost, buying front-loads it

Seasonal Lighting FAQs
When should I book Christmas light installation?
As early as you can — ideally summer or early fall. Installation runs through October and November and the calendar fills from the outside in, so the earliest bookings get the season's best pricing and first pick of dates. Leaving it to late November usually means limited availability.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
Either. On the rental plan we own, install, remove and store the lights, and you pay one per-season price. On the buy plan you purchase the custom-built C9 sets outright as a one-time cost and then pay only for install and takedown each year. We'll show you both numbers at the quote.
Is takedown included?
Yes — takedown in January is part of every plan. On the rental plan we also store everything through the off-season, so there's nothing in your garage.
What happens if a section goes out in December?
You call us and we come out. In-season service is included, so you're never the one on a ladder in the snow hunting for a failed run.
Will the clips damage my roof or fascia?
No. We use purpose-made clips that attach to the shingle edge and fascia without staples, screws or adhesive. They come off with the lights in January and leave nothing behind.
What's the difference between C9 and permanent track lighting?
C9 is the classic large-bulb look, installed in the fall and removed in January — a seasonal service you rebook each year. Permanent track lighting is a one-time install of small colour-matched LEDs fitted into your soffit that stays up year-round and is controlled from an app. Many people choose C9 for the traditional Christmas look and permanent for year-round use.
Do you do more than rooflines?
Yes. Columns, porch garland, wreaths, tree wrapping, shrub and hedge lighting, and walkway stakes are all common add-ons. We plan them together so the whole property reads as one display.
