Seasonal lighting for Simcoe
Simcoe takes Christmas seriously. The Christmas Panorama lights up the parks every December, and downtown Norfolk Street decorates for the season. Our C9 service gives your home a classic big-bulb roofline that fits right in with that long-standing tradition. We supply the lights, clips and timers and handle all the ladder work, so you can stay warm inside. Bungalows and two-storeys are both welcome.
We install C9 lights across Simcoe in October and November and return in January for removal. You can rent the lights for a season with nothing to store, or buy them and keep the set for future years. Either way our crew does the install and takedown, so you can enjoy the Panorama without worrying about your own roof. Each set is measured to fit your house.
Simcoe is on the southern edge of our route, so we group installs on set days. Book before September 30 to lock early-bird pricing and reserve your install dates. Booking early also gives you the best chance of having lights up before the Panorama opens. Call 519-266-6796 or request a quote and we will add you to the Norfolk County schedule.

Commercial holiday lighting in Simcoe
Downtown Simcoe along Norfolk Street has heritage storefronts that look sharp outlined in permanent LED, and businesses can coordinate holiday scenes with the Christmas Panorama season. We also light plazas along the Queensway, churches and municipal buildings across Norfolk County. Programmable colours keep a business visible on winter evenings and save the yearly cost of hanging temporary lights. Learn about our commercial service.
Classic Look, Zero Ladder Work
The classic look. None of the ladder work.
Commercial-grade C9, not big-box strings
Heavy LED C9 bulbs on commercial wire, cut and built to your rooflines. They hold colour, survive the wind, and won't leave you with a dead third of a run in December.
Install, service, takedown, storage
One price covers the whole cycle. We hang it in the fall, come back if anything fails mid-season, then remove and store everything in January.
Custom-fit to your roofline
Runs are measured and built for your house rather than stretched from a fixed-length box, so lines are straight, spacing is even and there's no sagging or doubling back.
In-season service included
If a run goes dark in the middle of December, you call and we come out. You're not on a ladder in the snow trying to find the bad bulb.
Nothing to store
On the rental plan we take everything away and store it. No bins in the garage, no untangling next November.
Clean removal
Clips come off with the lights. No staples left in your fascia, no adhesive marks, no holes to fill in the spring.
