Seasonal lighting for Norwich

Norwich keeps its holiday traditions close to home, from the village Christmas parade to church concerts and lit-up farm lanes across the township. Our C9 service gives your house that classic big-bulb glow along the roofline, the kind you can see from the road on a dark country night. We supply the bulbs, clips and timers and do the climbing.

We install C9 lights throughout Norwich Township in October and November, ahead of the snow, and come back in January to take them down. You can rent the lights so there is nothing to store, or buy them and own them outright. Larger farmhouses and wide bungalows are no problem, because we size each set to your roofline. Timers are set so the lights come on at dusk.

Rural routes book up early because we group nearby homes on the same days. Book before September 30 to lock your price and secure an install date in Norwich, Otterville, Burgessville or Springford. Call 519-266-6796 and we will add you to the fall schedule. Early booking also gives us time to plan the longer runs that bigger farmhouses need. Otterville and Springford homes are routed together.

Norwich neighbourhoods we serve

Norwich village, Otterville, Burgessville, Springford, Holbrook, Hawtrey and the surrounding area. Norwich Township mixes brick century homes in the village with ranch bungalows on country lots and large farmhouses with additions and attached garages.

Commercial holiday lighting in Norwich

The village core of Norwich along Main Street has small storefronts, churches and community buildings that suit permanent LED trim. We also light farm markets, rural businesses and township facilities. A programmable roofline helps a roadside business stand out on dark winter evenings, and holiday scenes can be scheduled for parade night and the weeks leading up to Christmas. Why seasonal with us

Classic Look, Zero Ladder Work

The classic look. None of the ladder work.

Commercial-grade C9, not big-box strings

Heavy LED C9 bulbs on commercial wire, cut and built to your rooflines. They hold colour, survive the wind, and won't leave you with a dead third of a run in December.

Install, service, takedown, storage

One price covers the whole cycle. We hang it in the fall, come back if anything fails mid-season, then remove and store everything in January.

Custom-fit to your roofline

Runs are measured and built for your house rather than stretched from a fixed-length box, so lines are straight, spacing is even and there's no sagging or doubling back.

In-season service included

If a run goes dark in the middle of December, you call and we come out. You're not on a ladder in the snow trying to find the bad bulb.

Nothing to store

On the rental plan we take everything away and store it. No bins in the garage, no untangling next November.

Clean removal

Clips come off with the lights. No staples left in your fascia, no adhesive marks, no holes to fill in the spring.

The process

How it works in Norwich

Book, measure, install, enjoy, takedown.

  1. 1
    Book early

    Book before the calendar fills

Send the form or call. The earliest bookings get the season's best pricing and first pick of install dates — the fall calendar fills fast.

  2. 2

    We measure and design

We walk the property, measure every run, and plan the layout — rooflines, peaks, columns, trees and walkways — then give you a firm per-season price.

  3. 3

    Installation in the fall

Crews install in October and November so you're lit for the season. Everything is custom-cut and clipped, with timers set to whatever schedule you want.

  4. 4

    Takedown and storage in January

We come back, take everything down cleanly, and — on the rental plan — store it until next season. Rebooking is a phone call.

Norwich FAQ

Questions from Norwich homeowners

Do you service Otterville and Burgessville?
Yes. We cover the whole township, including Otterville, Burgessville, Springford, Holbrook and the farm roads in between. Rural addresses get the same free on-site demo, pricing structure and lifetime warranty as homes in town, and travel is not an issue at roughly 20 minutes from our shop.
Can you light a farmhouse with a long or complex roofline?
Yes. Larger farmhouses, additions and attached garages are common in the township, and we plan the track layout during your demo. Price depends on total roofline length, so we measure on site and give you a firm quote before anything is booked.
How do the lights hold up to open-field wind and drifting snow?
They are designed for exposed sites. The aluminum track sits tight against the soffit or fascia, the LEDs are IP67 sealed, and the system is rated to −40°C. Drifting snow and gusty wind across open fields will not shift the track or damage the connections.
When should I book Christmas light installation?
As early as you can — ideally summer or early fall. Installation runs through October and November and the calendar fills from the outside in, so the earliest bookings get the season's best pricing and first pick of dates. Leaving it to late November usually means limited availability.
Do I buy the lights or do you?
Either. On the rental plan we own, install, remove and store the lights, and you pay one per-season price. On the buy plan you purchase the custom-built C9 sets outright as a one-time cost and then pay only for install and takedown each year. We'll show you both numbers at the quote.
Is takedown included?
Yes — takedown in January is part of every plan. On the rental plan we also store everything through the off-season, so there's nothing in your garage.
