Permanent Diwali Lights for Your Home

Diwali is the festival of lights, and a glowing home is at the heart of the celebration. Permanent LED track lets you outline your entire roofline in warm diya gold, add saffron and magenta accents, or run a gentle shimmer that echoes rows of oil lamps. Because the lights are already installed, you can light the house for all five days of the festival with a single schedule, then move straight into your Christmas or everyday white scenes afterward.

Why diwali is better with permanent lighting

Diwali is celebrated widely across Southwestern Ontario, with growing community events in Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Brantford and Cambridge, and families gathering in homes across the region. Lighting the house is central to the festival, but autumn evenings here are cold and often wet, which makes hanging strings or setting out lamps a challenge. Permanent lighting gives you a bright, reliable display every night of the festival. It also means you can spend the evenings with family and guests rather than fixing a string that went dark in the rain.

Because Diwali falls in October or November, it often lands just as the first real cold snaps arrive. Our track is cold-rated to -40°C and sealed to IP67, so rain, wind and early snow do not affect it. The individually addressable LEDs can produce a warm diya glow that feels traditional, or bright jewel tones that look festive from across the street. Many families save several scenes, such as warm gold for most nights and colourful rangoli for the main celebration, and switch between them in a tap.

Permanent lighting is also practical for families who celebrate many occasions. The same install handles Diwali, Christmas, birthdays and Canada Day, and the rest of the year it provides soft architectural white for curb appeal and security. Save your Diwali scenes once and simply update the dates each year, since the festival follows the lunar calendar and shifts from year to year. That makes planning simple, even in years when Diwali lands close to Halloween or Remembrance Day.

FAQ

Diwali questions

Can the lights look like traditional diyas?
Yes. Our Lamp Shimmer scene uses warm amber with a gentle random flicker on each LED, which gives the impression of a row of oil lamps along the roofline.
Diwali changes date each year. How do I schedule it?
Your Diwali scenes stay saved in the app. Each year you just set the new start and end dates and the lights run automatically for the full festival.
